We got a room with a bath. The peaceful location was so close to Melchsee-Frutt Cable Car.

I absolutely loved the cozy and warm decoration of the hotel. The wood accents and the fireplace in the lobby created a very welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible for people of all ages. The staff was very attentive and ready to assist, making it a comfortable environment for seniors like myself.

I would have liked to see more assistance and patience from the children working there when it came to catering to the specific needs and requests of senior guests.

A large desk and a balcony - basic facilities we needed in a well priced room. Melchsee-Frutt Cable Car was not very far from the hotel, loved its location in the wonderful mountains. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

our recent stay in Melchsee Frutt was made even more memorable thanks to Frutt Mountain Resort. The warm and stylish decor, along with the thoughtful amenities for our baby, made us feel right at home. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we enjoyed a relaxing swim with our little one. The attentive service and delicious fondue added to the overall exceptional experience.

The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Melchsee Lake. This hotel was in a wonderful area right by the nature and mountains, the lovely four lakes walk from Engelberg and the lakeside.

I didn't feel like leaving, spent real good time and would be happy to recommend. The hotel was 1st class with efficient personnel. It had excellent location, near to a muted restaurant, an underground tunnel, and the Frutt Lodge. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. The food provided was great!

The hotel was down from the mountain, and close to 40 meters square with an amazing view of the frozen lake. The room was spacious with well-maintained clean facilities, including a beautiful and clean bathtub. The breakfast buffet was delightful with a vast variety of options. The location offered many outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding, and walking to the small lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The dinner service was slightly slow during peak hours, which made us wait for too long.

Our room at the mountain resort was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy oasis during our winter visit. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The ease and affordability of transportation to and from the resort added convenience to our trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the value and quality compared to larger, more expensive resorts in Switzerland. We will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect mountain getaway.

This place has an amazing location, sitting close to a small lake with a great view down the mountain. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with a cozy sitting area and parquet floors. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure a great stay. The spa facilities are top-notch, with a sauna, steam bath, and massage options available. The restaurant offers fine dining and the breakfast selection is wonderful. I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. this hotel offers a luxurious and comfortable experience.
